hi, i’m grace

I’m a creative entrepreneur based in Cincinnati, OH. I love that my job allows me to do something different every day. I also work part time as the creative director at The Oaks Church. Whether it’s designing a logo or taking wedding photos, I love bringing people’s ideas to life!

some things i love…

• Jesus

• Going to concerts

• Being a Young Life leader

• Running

• Baking

looking back…

I got my first camera when I was a couple years old and have always loved taking photos.

I learned how to sew at age 11, and shortly after started my first business - selling headbands and tote bags that I made.

spring of 2021, I graduated from daap at the university of cincinnati with a degree in communication design

After graduating I jumped right into freelancing full time and am thankful to God that He has continued to bring me opportunities to do what I love!

For my senior capstone project, I started a clothing brand called WAY.

When I first started my business during college in 2018, I called it Grace Anaple Design. In 2024, I decided it was time for a rebrand as photography became such a big part of my business

The word daeza is taken from the Persian word “pairidaeza” meaning enclosed garden which eventually would lead to the word “paradise.” My grandpa was Persian, so it was very special for me to find this word in honor of him.

Paradise looks back to the Garden where we see God’s creation on display, while also looking ahead to heaven where we will get to see God’s glory fully on display. God is the ultimate creator, and it is a gift that we as humans are able to reflect Him in being creatives.
